About Bakes

Since 2015, Bake has been constantly developing new flavors, designs and pastry experiences to keep customers guessing. Their creativity goes beyond just cakes. Bakes find thoughtful ways to design packaging that you can give as a gift or use as a plate and other ways to make your life easier, all while using only natural ingredients and Absolutely no preservatives.

Bakes was founded in 2015 by Laure Chevallier, a French hotel entrepreneur, and Tuan Le, a Vietnamese-American Creative Director. Bake’s executive pastry chef is Brian Gartner, from Four Seasons and Ritz-Calrton. The baking team comes from IECD, a French baking academy. Bake’s executive team is female-led and LGBTQI+ friendly
