5 EASY & HEALTHY RECIPES FOR A LAZY DAY
Being healthy is great, but it will surely be tough at some time. In my experience, some days I simply want to get a fast lunch to fill my stomach and forget about all the nutritious meals I planned for the week and feel guilty after eating it. Question! Even on a lazy day, how could we maintain our good food? Here are a few recipes for you to try.

Avocado Toast
_ Toast a slice of whole grain bread and spread mashed avocado on top.
_ Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
_ You can also add a fried egg or sliced tomatoes for extra protein and flavor.
Veggie Omelette
_ Whisk together eggs and a splash of milk in a bowl.
_ Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add chopped vegetables (such as spinach, mushrooms, and onions).
_ Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cook until set. Fold the omelette in half and serve.
One-Pan Salmon and Asparagus
_ Preheat your oven to 400°F.
_ Place salmon fillets and asparagus spears on a sheet pan.
_ Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
_ Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
Greek Yogurt Parfait
_ Layer Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and granola in a jar or bowl.
_ You can also add a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
Smoothie bowl
_ Blend frozen fruit (such as berries, bananas, and mango).
_ Greek yogurt, and a splash of Lady Kombucha in a blender until smooth.
_ Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with sliced fruit, granola, and a drizzle of honey.
Fast – quick and still healthy. The only effort you need to do is pass byy groceries on weekend and stock feel ingredients in case you have a “suddenly lazy day” like mine.
