Nguyen and Ben are the dynamic duo behind the home of Lady Kombucha. For Nguyen, fermented food has always been a part of her life, with her family’s history of food production and fermentation. When she became pregnant, Nguyen dove deeper into the world of kombucha to find a natural way to take care of her growing family’s health.
